[message]In With the Old
Our Obsession is 4-Fold
Our jewelry collecting personality is eclectic, bold and sentimental. We love a mix — so we offer solid gold jewelry representing an array of eras and styles, with a special affinity for bold lines, shapes, and sun drenched earthy textures of the 1960s and 1970s. We know every era is a blend of styles and inspiration — so while history may vary, our eye for curating and creating these pieces is consistent — this is gold with a strong and confident attitude that you will love to live in.
Vintage:
Pieces over 20 years old, and less than 100 years old — identified in the listing as “Vintage”. Some pieces include maker's marks, hallmarks, or other identifying information about the origin of the piece. If they do have these marks, we provide that information in the product listing. In every instance we test and verify gold purity.
Antique:
Pieces over 100 years old — identified in the listing as “Antique”.
Estate:
Pieces that are pre-owned. The term “Estate” has nothing to do with the age of a piece. These pieces can be vintage, antique, or neither. If an item is pre-owned but not identified as vintage or antique, it will be identified in the listing as “Estate”.
Custom Made to Order:
- Pieces that combine new solid gold components with vintage or antique solid gold components and/or gemstones to create an “old meets new” design with some level of customization for a client
- Pieces that are vintage or antique inspired but are made new with some level of customization for a client
- Pieces that modify a vintage or antique solid gold piece to make it more wearable or functional, with some level of customization for a client
