Shipping policy

Items that are in stock will ship within 5-7 business days after your order is confirmed. If there is any additional delay in shipping, you will receive an email notification to let you know that alternative arrangements are needed

Made to order items will ship within 5-7 business days after production AND any remaining balance for your item(s) has been fully paid. You will receive an email notification when your item is ready to ship. Production timelines vary by item/style, so please refer to the listing and your order confirmation for this information, and feel free to email info@3gracesofgold.com directly with any questions

ALL ORDERS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Refunds are not provided for items sent to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by a buyer

Flat fee shipping rates include full insurance. Signature at delivery (in locations where the carrier can collect a signature) is included and required for insurance coverage on packages over $500 USD value. If you wish to forgo signature and insurance, leave a comment with this request in the order notes. We will reconfirm your request in writing via email, as in this case the buyer accepts all risk of damage or loss of the package and its contents. Signature at delivery is always recommended when your mailbox is unlocked or accessible to others, regardless of item value.
