Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 3 Graces of Gold. 3 Graces of Gold offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Antique, Vintage and Estate pieces are preowned. As a result, they will show signs of wear based on use and age. The condition of each item is disclosed in the product listing. This includes the written description as well as the included photos and/or videos. Please take time to review all elements of the listing in full before purchasing. You can also check Instagram for additional photos. Please ask any questions you have before purchasing.
Prices for our items are subject to change without notice. For custom made to order items, price is finalized at the time of your order.
Sales tax is added to purchases within the state of Texas (8.25%) or as otherwise required by law.
Post purchase sale discounts will not be honored.
Order details cannot be changed once tracking information has been sent for your order.
Sales are final and there are no exchanges or returns. The only exception is if an item is mistakenly misrepresented in the item listing. If you have any concern or question about an item after receiving it please reach out to info@3gracesofgold.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any misrepresentation will be assessed and determined by 3 Graces of Gold, and determination may involve a buyer sending the item back for assessment. We try our hardest to avoid these situations by thorough review and testing of items and through what we convey in posted item listings. In a situation where an item is approved for return it must be shipped with full insurance (covering the purchase price) and received in its original condition (as at the time of purchase) in the original or other secure and protective packaging. 3 Graces of Gold is not responsible for any items that are returned without acknowledgement, and these items will be returned to sender.
Shipping
3 Graces of Gold is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect shipping address that is given by the purchaser at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout to avoid any heartbreak.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipment of purchased ready to ship items.
Domestic
All items are shipped with tracking and insurance covering the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping carrier options are provided at checkout. Purchases over $5K USD value are shipped via UPS or FedEx only. Signature is required at delivery for insured items/purchases over $500 USD.
International
Shipping is available via a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Purchases over $5K USD value are shipped via UPS or FedEx only. Signature is required at delivery for insured items/purchases over $500 USD.
Purchaser is responsible for all associated customs, duties, and/or taxes or other applicable fees related to import. We are unable to calculate any duties which may be imposed by the country we are shipping to and we do not collect duties at the time of sale. Please research any related fees before placing an order. 3 Graces of Gold does not administer refunds for items that are undelivered due to customs/import issues.

Domestic shipments typically take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipment, while International can be longer depending on distance and customs.

Items that are lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of 3 Graces of Gold. Once an item is handed over to the shipper, unfortunately we cannot control what happens to it although we do pack items securely and protectively! In the case of a lost insured package or item damaged in transit, we may assist with an insurance claims process.
Packages returned to 3 Graces of Gold because they were unclaimed or uncollected by the purchaser are not reshipped unless the purchaser pays for the additional shipping charges.
Layaway
Layaway via direct pay methods is available on a case by case basis for items listed on the website. This usually involves a downpayment of 30% of the purchase price and 2 equal monthly payments. All layaway payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable to other items. A 15% late fee will be added to layaway payments that are over a month late without written agreement to changes in terms. If you forfeit your layaway commitment, there is no refund of any prior layaway payments. By entering into a layaway you agree to these terms. For ease, we encourage the use of automated extended payment services offered via the website (e.g., Shop Pay).
Custom items
Working with you on custom made-to-order items is a true joy and a privilege! Please double check the written confirmation including final specifications for your custom item when you order it. Once your item goes into production, most often modifications cannot be accommodated. Any payments made towards custom made-to-order pieces are nonrefundable and nontransferable to other items. Custom items are shipped only after they are paid in full. By ordering a custom item you agree to these terms.
