Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your payment is processed through Shopify we will work on preparing your order for shipping. If there are any open questions from us about your order, we will contact you directly. If not, you can expect a notification with tracking information within 5-7 business days. For ease, we encourage the use of automated extended payment services offered via the website (e.g., credit card, Shop Pay Installments). Deposit option is available for items over $2500 and for most of our made to order items. Deposit amount and terms are stated in the item listing where applicable. A deposit reserves the item for you, and the balance is due in 6 or 8 weeks (see terms in the listing). All partial payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable to other items. If you forfeit your future payment commitment, there is no refund of any prior payments. See shop policies for full details.

There’s a chance that we may have it in inventory, or it could be a new find that hasn’t yet made it to the site!
