Cancellation policy

Pre-order Custom 3GOG Design Deposits: When you purchase a pre-order, you are making a deposit toward a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory that we will make custom for you. We may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date when your custom order is ready to ship.

In Stock Curated 3GOG Collection Deposits: If an item from our collection is available for partial payment, you are making a deposit toward that exact item. We will collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the next installment and/or the remaining payment at a future date as detailed in the item description before the item ships based on the shipping method you choose.

All Sales Are Final. Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable. 

All partial payments will be applied to the final price of the item the deposit was made toward and is not transferrable to any other item.
