My Best Advice for Stacking Gold Bracelets - As Simple as 1, 2, 3
One of the most frequenty questions I get asked is how to build a great wrist stack. For me, there are three parts to this recipe:
1. A foundational bracelet you never take off
This bracelet needs to be big enough to make a statement, but not so big that it overpowers. For me, it is my solid, vintage 18k gold wide curb bracelet. Mine is 10 millimeters wide, but if you want to achieve this look on your own, anything that measures from 9 to 12 millimeters will work best. Trust me: it’s precisely 9 to 12, not smaller, not bigger. I've tested this out just for fun! It’s a personal passion of mine to source great options for solid gold chain bracelets, so if you’re looking for one be sure to let me know.
2. A great diamond tennis bracelet
There are great vintage options out there and I love to source them. Of course, our made-to-order bubble bracelets were created so you can get the perfect bracelet(s) for you to your exact specifications. We make them in 3 different sizes, your choice of natural gemstone or repurposed vintage diamonds. You pick the exact length and you can pre-order them now! I really love a tennis bracelet in a wrist stack because it adds sparkle for a little bit of differentiation from your foundational bracelet, and it goes with everything! Whether you go with a vintage or antique tennis bracelet or have one custom-made by us, I do advise you choose something bezel set or partially bezel set. Since this is going to be part of your everyday wrist stack that you wear with everything, you want something durable without a bunch of prongs to risk getting caught or damaged.
3. A bracelet with a pop of color or texture, or both
This is the fun part where you can really play. There are tons of great vintage and antique options out there, and mixing and matching around the solid gold link and diamond tennis bracelet can provide tons of combinations. You can play with enamel, you can play with link sizes. You can even play with textures like Florentine finish. This is where your collection can really expand and grow because you'll be building upon your foundational pieces over time. I absolutely love looking for really fun and unusual bracelets to layer into my personal collection and we always have great bracelet options available!
