An incredibly darling Antique yellow 18K engraved diamond and turquoise heart locket with back glass panel. Engraving is finely detailed scrolls and incredibly well preserved, and turquoise cabochons and rose cut diamond are original. I have not attempted to open the back glass panel but it appears very secure in its frame with brown fabric inside. Only a few small scratches on the glass (minor). Measures 15.1 mm long by 12.1 mm wide, and over 8 mm thick front to back, so a nice size. Very good preowned condition.
