This is a striking antique 18K and bloodstone fob in amazing condition that makes an impact worn on a chain. A lot of detail was put into the textures of this piece. Beautifully textured with an inset stone pattern on both sides, reminiscent of a Maltese cross. The bloodstone bottom is not engraved and has no visible wear at all. The inlaid bloodstone on either side of the fob has minimal wear and original faceting is visible. There are small floral engraved details on the sides. Top loop hinges.
