A gorgeously made 19K yellow gold hinged bangle by designer Elizabeth Locke with hammered finish, push clasp and side safety mechanism. An absolutely incredible bangle with the glowy finish Elizabeth Locke pieces are known for and a striking proportion on the wrist. Measures 30 mm wide. Interior measures 2 and 1/8 inch by 2 inch which accounts for the back of the clasp that takes up additional space. These dimensions equate to a measurement of 6.48 inches but since the bangle is rigid and doesn't flex, it fits a wrist from 5.75 to 6 inch comfortably. Can also fit a smaller wrist but will rotate. Weighs 69.2 grams
This piece currently retails new for $15600, but I am selling for much less due to a condition issue - there are some darkened areas from when the metal was fired that are visible on the inside around the hinges (and only lightly visible on the outside on one side although camouflaged by the hammered finish). This is purely aesthetic and doesn't affect the function or construction of the piece. I've included lots of photos and videos that accurately represent it. I jumped at the chance to source this bangle regardless and its exciting to offer it at a price much much lower than retail. Note, I have not attempted to remove the darkened area from the metal and I personally would leave it as is since the darkest areas aren't visible when worn.
