An absolutely gorgeous heavy Vintage 18K approx 1.75ctw natural ruby and .55ctw diamond wrapped heart statement pendant, thay really pops with a combination of diamonds set in white gold and rubies set in raised yellow gold channels. And it is an especially nice size! Truly puffy front to back with openings on the back.
Measures 1.2 inch long x 1.1 inch wide, and heavy, weighs 18.7 grams. Bail opening is over 5mm wide. In excellent vintage condition with minimal wear, looks unworn. Hallmarked 750 for 18K gold.
