A beautiful Vintage 18K approx .52 ctw old mine and old cut diamond and sapphire cabochon blueberries pendant from my personal collection. Pictures don’t fully capture the beauty of this pendant. Charming old mine and old cut diamonds in leaves and 2 sapphire cabochons. Measures 23.3 x 14.9 mm widest with over 5.7 mm bail opening. Tiny surface wear on one cabochon, not meaningful. Settings are open backed and the base is yellow 18K gold. Weighs 3.5 grams. In very good preowned condition.
