A really nicely made Vintage 18K gold diamond approx .23 ctw heart wheat chain necklace, 16 inch long. The heart has a sweet puffy shape with very sparkly diamonds set in white 18K gold to enhance their brightness and sparkle. The heart measures 13.9 mm long. The remaining parts of the necklace are in yellow 18K gold. Diamond settings are open back making them easy to clean. The wheat chain is nice and solid, measuring 2.85 mm wide. The necklace has a sturdy tab clasp and side safety clasp. Hallmarked Italy and for 18K gold. In very good preowned vintage condition.
