Sweet yellow Vintage 18K hand engraved 'SI / IS' medallion pendant with hearts border and back engraving with fluted details. Pretty texture and presence and so easy to throw on solo or layered for a put together look with smaller charms. Beautiful buttery yellow color. Nice large bail, with a large over 6.3mm opening. Measures 1.26 x .97 inch. Weighs 4 grams. In very good preowned condition, normal wear for age. If desired we can fill in the back engraving for an extra $20 (contact to arrange).
