Beautifully inlaid onyx disc with no visible wear framing a very clean approx VS clarity true antique old mine cut diamond in a light yellow color set into a white 18K gold mount. Split shank shoulder detail and SO stunning on the hand. Measures 18.8 mm widest. Old mine cut diamond measures 4.8 x 4.2 mm and has a puffy crown. Weighs over 7.4 grams. Very good preowned condition, minimal wear.
