Antique yellow 14K carved shell cameo pendant with conjoined heads

A mystifying Antique yellow 14K carved shell cameo pendant with conjoined heads (presumed a copy of a version in the British Museum from the 16th century found at: https://www.britishmuseum.org/collection/object/H_1852-0124-1) which includes a young woman, possibly gods Jupiter and Pan. Cameo engraving is very crisp and finely rendered. Pendant is closed backed in solid gold. Measures 25.2 mm long x 14.1 mm wide. Weighs 3 grams. Very good preowned condition.
