A striking and gorgeous one of a kind yellow 14K gold approx 1.2 ctw diamond heart curb chain, 19.25 inch long, made from vintage and antique solid gold elements. Chain is over 3 mm wide, and diamond heart is 1 3/8 inch long and just under 1.25 inch wide. Diamonds are high color GH and average estimated SI clarity, set into 14K white gold and the heart has a ribbed yellow gold border. Weighs 28.5 grams. In very good preowned condition.
