Vintage yellow 14K with .04 ctw diamond engine turned disc charm

A great Vintage yellow 14K with .04 ctw diamond engine turned disc charm. Diamond is bezel set in the center and open backed. "One Year" is hand engraved on the back and it is hallmarked. So sweet. Measures 27.6 x 20.8 mm widest, with a bale opening of 3.6 mm. Weighs 3.7 grams. Very good preowned condition.
