We love coin jewelry and this one is a particular treat. A solid 18K gold replica of the Italian 1 Lire coin from 1954 in a solid 18K bezel. Actual coins were made in aluminum but these replicas were made a bit later (we believe this is from the 70s/80s) to preserve the artistry of the coins in solid gold and make them more precious. Double-sided. Measures 21.4 x 12.2mm. Weighs 1.64 grams. Bail opening over 6.3mm. Very good preowned condition, nothing meaningful to note.
