An absolutely beautiful vintage yellow 18K approx 6 ctw natural blue star sapphire and 1 ctw diamond 3 stone dome ring, size 9.5 sizable down up to 2 sizes maximum. 15mm widest. Star sapphire measures 14 x 9 mm approx ctw and it’s a gorgeous luminous cornflower blue color. HI/VS round cut diamonds, measuring 5mm, so approx .5ctw each. Weighs 20.6 grams
