Vintage yellow 18K Riccardo Masella designer Panther clasp bead link collar necklace, 16 inch

An absolutely gorgeous Vintage yellow 18K Riccardo Masella designer Panther clasp bead link collar necklace, 16 inch long. So much presence! The bead link is an open tube design which flexes and it is in very good condition with no breaks although one small section in the center, not visible when worn is a little compressed. Chain is hallmarked Masella and 363MI and additional marks for 18K gold. The jewelry workshop of Riccardo Masella was founded in 1948 and was active until 1971. The workshop was located in Milan Italy at Via Filaro 16/8. Cartier was among his retail clients. This fabulous necklace is 53.7 grams, 11 mm wide. The clasp is in front and is a seamless clasp which opens behind one of the panther heads.
