Found a vintage 22K-24K solid gold nugget stickpin that looked exactly like a funky skull to me making a face, so there was only one option — to ask my bench jeweler to add diamond eyes in the right position (I drew them on with marker) and transform it into a charm with a solid yellow 18K bale! Absolutely one of a kind - a charm that sparkles and glows and doubles as a fun conversation starter. You can decide if it has a tongue hanging out or not! To me, it sure does.
